The precision filter is composed of several horizontally placed filter plates sandwiching filter paper inside a closed cylinder. Relying on filter paper as the filtering medium, pressure filtration is carried out in a closed container. During filtration, the filtrate is pumped into the filter body by a conveying pump and enters between the two layers of filter plates along the small holes on the outer circumference of the filter plates. The filtrate passes through the filter paper and porous support plate, flows into the filter plate holes, and exits from the bottom discharge port of the machine. After filtration, the residual liquid in the filter machine is squeezed out with compressed air or nitrogen gas. This device belongs to precision clarification and filtration equipment, using filter paper with different accuracies to obtain filtrate with different accuracies.
